(I'm currently giggling thinking about this lol) To be quite honest I struggled more so than people realized.
I was pretty good at showing up with a fake smile and take no-shit attitude. I was in survival mode, to say the least. As you can imagine it took me some time to sort through and heal all of the things necessary in order for me to show up here and now as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner.
I specialize in helping women over 30, find true healing using a holistic system that was divinely downloaded to me. This Holistic guidance system allows each person to not only tap into and release anything in their way (Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual) but also allows them to live an authentic life of Excitement, True Wellness, and Peace.
